Our experience with INOVA has been HORRIBLE. We took my 87 year old father to a family practitioner, but it was incredibly difficult to get any cooperation from the staff over the phone. They put you on hold repeatedly, they don’t identify themselves on live calls or their voicemails, they provide misinformation, they blame INOVA corporate for their delays and they’ve demonstrated they don’t understand how to process a referral. the nurses in the emergency department have a god complex and think they can make decisions for patients when the family is here and has full power of attorney over medical. oh and apparently they are the only supervisors in the hospital. they informed me the run it and have no bosses here. what a joke

I do not recommend this hospital or Dr. Freeman’s office. Problem #1. When my son was 2 days old they messed up his circumcision and had to stitch him up. They had to wait until he was 2 years old to have it done at which I just said I’d wait until he’s older and he can decide. But we went to an appointment with the urologist and he HAS to have it done because he said the way Dr. Bright stitched him up, his pee hole is closing. This is ridiculous. So if people are stacked in the ER hallway because of COVID why are you letting visitors back. Zero patient privacy. If this was a mass casualty incident but for day to day operation it’s sad
