Inova will not provide service without the patient signing an IPAD form saying they will pay whatever the insurance doesn’t. Then they proceed to do unauthorized testing and evaluations requiring you to pay full price. Customer service is a joke.

SCHAR CANCER INSTITUTE is the worst. They don't care about people or their health. All they care about is MONEY!!! Doctor Robert Chao is a terrible doctor, he doesn't give a crap about his patients.
RecommendedMy wife and I visited Labor and Delivery recently at Inova and stayed later in post-partum care family room. We found Inova a top class facility in various aspects. I would like to make special mention of professionalism exhibited by nurse practitioners. The knowledge sharing provided valuable insights for the well-being of the mother and the new born. Keep up the good work!

Nice job all around by everyone who welcomed me; gave me hand sanitizer; directed me; help me fill out my consent form; nurse who gave me my shot; person who told me to relax for ten minutes; and person who told me what to expect next.
