PA Laura Prevatt was very helpful and friendly .
5 stars for the excellent doctors they have, and 2 stars for the management. The doctors are absolutely excellent, but the management billed me over $500 for a basic primary care checkup with a nurse practitioner. When I asked them about it, they lied and said my insurance sets the rates. My insurance says they do not, it's up to the provider, and I've seen other specialist MDs at other practices that only billed me $75 for a complex visit. While it's hard to get a new patient appointment right away, once you're an established patient, the office is very responsive. Dr Romano is super thorough and has a great bedside manner. His office staff is also very attentive and friendly. Our whole family has him as pcp and we are very happy with this medical practice.

I had my first visit with this practice. It was an excellent experience. The Nurse Practitioner Katerina Sarmiento was very thorough and compassionate. I felt like she was concerned about my well being. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating.
