Had an appointment at 230pm showed up at 2pm. It was almost 4 and I still was not seen. And there was about 7 people ahead of me despite me having an appointment. I left. Went to my usual location
The doctor is very nice and attentive to my needs but the wait time is so long and frustrating.
Unprofessional an embarrassment to the medical profession.
Last Friday I called and explained to the receptionist that I needed an inhaler and that my appt to see the doctor wasn't untill February 17th. She assured me that she would have an order sent over to my pharmacy. Today is Monday so I decided to call and see had the order been placed. I was asked to hold , which end up being 8 mins.
