Absolutly horrible! Sat in that back room for an hour. None of the other drs updated my record so they were pushin a pap. I had one done 2 months ago. Tell me i have cervical cancer cells frm my last pap..months ago. Got sent to the lab right after my apmt for a simple bloob test..been back here for over an hour with nobody at the desk!! She just came in and instead of taking patients she is on her phone texting! Last time ill ever come back!

Dr. Henbest is my doctor and I have no complaints about him, however; I have had some problems with the office personnel not doing their job properly, not following up but those were minor issues, My mother see Dr. Morsh he takes his time with her, and makes sure I understand everything for her care. So Im not sure what some of you are talking about. Seems to me you might have been an employee there before getting fired.
I have been going to this clinic for years and was pleased with the treatment I received when I started bringing my son. I think there are several doctors there that have different approaches so you do have to find one that fits you personally. Some like to be quick to the point while others explain in detail. Nothing wrong with that. Between my son and I we have been seeing both Dr. Henbest and Dr. Church and I find both of these doctors excellent!! I had a great experience. I was not in the waiting room long at all, the doctor was polite and professional and the lab tech had me in and out and I barely even felt the poke. I would seriously consider trying them cause my experience was great!
Yes, I have had some problems with the front desk ppl but they all just were replaced. Now they r fine, Dr. Hensbest is the best myself and my 4 kids all go there he always takes his time with us. He is so good with my daughter explains everything to her before doing anything. My daughter who is 8 yrs old usally hates men and doc in general she is very fearful for some reason but anytime I tell we r going to the doc she asks if it is hensbest and when I say yes she talks about how she likes him. terrible place to go to officer manager is quite weak and has no idea of what she is doing michelle i think is her name. staff very angry and unfriendly and the drs are very incompetent. i think this is what we call an insurance scam office because it sure is not a drs office. reccommend anyone to go see anyone else but them .
I dont know what these people are talking about. Dr. Morsch is wonderful! He always listens to what you have to say and sometimes spends more time than is scheduled with a patient, he will do this with all patients if he feels he needs to. He does not talk about his personal problems, whoever said he does is lying. He has been my doc for over 2 years and the surgeon he chose for me to have my gallbladder out this summer did a wonderful job. GREAT PLACE, ALL THE DRS ARE AWESOME WE.VE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS, iVE GOT 4 KIDS SO WE ARE THERE A LOT LOL.
