My family and I always have a positive experience with Leslee Rosas and the entire office at FMC on Georgia.
Monica was excessively disrespectful and had an attitude the entire time I spoke with her while I was expressing the problem I was having of unfortunately running out of my medication and needing a refill while not being able to immediately schedule an appointment to refill it due to a conflicting work schedule and the offices hours. Extremely disheartening, seems that after Darrell and Patty left the place has gone downhill at an alarming rate.
Taylor is the sweetest, most thorough and gentle person. As much as I dislike needles, she was patient and made my visits worthwhile. Highly recommend Taylor and her friendly smile. Pure awesomeness
I called to make an appointment. I was treated with respect. They worked around my schedule and did it with a very pleasant attitude. I was made to feel valued.
DENISE RUDE AND VERY UNCARING, my husband is homebound and can't be left alone I told her that and she didn't care I was trying to reschedule a follow up appt. She said I had to pay anyway even if I didn't come, she said you sign a paper what paper I haven't even had the appointment, told me to call billing and I did and billing ask me why was I calling them, I told them Denise told me too, I don't even see a Doctor there I see a NP but I get charge through my insurance for a MD.
