Taylor is the sweetest, most thorough and gentle person. As much as I dislike needles, she was patient and made my visits worthwhile. Highly recommend Taylor and her friendly smile. Pure awesomeness
I called to make an appointment. I was treated with respect. They worked around my schedule and did it with a very pleasant attitude. I was made to feel valued.
DENISE RUDE AND VERY UNCARING, my husband is homebound and can't be left alone I told her that and she didn't care I was trying to reschedule a follow up appt. She said I had to pay anyway even if I didn't come, she said you sign a paper what paper I haven't even had the appointment, told me to call billing and I did and billing ask me why was I calling them, I told them Denise told me too, I don't even see a Doctor there I see a NP but I get charge through my insurance for a MD. The last time I went to get an x-ray, they had updated their system. I had to sign in with a QR code, and now my files and medical records are all gone! I had to call and email several times to try and get my results. After 2weeks I finally hear from them. I asked about all of my medical records being unavailable, and got a rude answer. They are terrible! They still haven't emailed me back after 4 weeks!
Absolutely horrendous. A young lady by the name of Melissa was making fun of people and gossiping and couldn’t hardly be bothered to do her job. Wait times are high. It seems like they are more worried about gossiping and making fun of people than taking care of their patients
