For the past three years, Leslee Rosas has provided me with outstanding care, marked by prompt prescription fulfillment and a caring attitude. Her nurse, Monica, is exceptional in her knowledge and warmth. Melissa ably supports the team when Monica is unavailable, these nurses are top notch ensuring continuity of care. I give Ana Prado a 5 star however, I had a frustrating experience with the front desk staff Yneice at this office. I accidentally marked on my son’s doctor’s note and returned to request a simple reprint. The receptionist refused and told me it was “against the law” to provide another copy, which is inaccurate and misleading. I completely understand offices having policies, but the way this was handled felt dismissive and unhelpful. My family and I always have a positive experience with Leslee Rosas and the entire office at FMC on Georgia.
Monica was excessively disrespectful and had an attitude the entire time I spoke with her while I was expressing the problem I was having of unfortunately running out of my medication and needing a refill while not being able to immediately schedule an appointment to refill it due to a conflicting work schedule and the offices hours. Extremely disheartening, seems that after Darrell and Patty left the place has gone downhill at an alarming rate.
