This was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful healthcare experiences my husband has ever had. He had a scheduled telehealth appointment with Dr. Elizabeth Eddy-Bertrand and was left on hold with the office for over an hour waiting to be connected. While he was still on hold, the doctor called him from another line, something he had no way of anticipating, as he was actively waiting to be connected to her.
