This isn't a complaint about the service, but more how the office is ran, the poor nurse looked exhausted and like she didn't feel good, I wanted to give her a hug but it was obvious she was already scrambling to get things done on top of not feeling well, why you would have your nurse being a receptionist, working clinical and most of all and most befuddling why would you have her dig through the trash?? Dr McKenzie is fantastic. Very personable and always educates me on any issues.

Dr. Mckenzie and I have a great bond, only because I speak up. He doesn't know what I don't tell him. Medical, family, life issue's, weather, he listens and gives feedback. It's up to me to change. He is a doctor, but if he feels another doctor is recommended, he offers. I have no problem with him referring me to someone else. If I can't answer a question or concern in my work field, I offer another recommendation.
