Great staff and Dr. Benjamin Gonzalez is awesome
De. Ben was out of the office when I can in unscheduled. I was put into a room within 10 minutes of arriva and then support staff reviewed my concerns almost immediately. Shortly thereafter NP Heidi came in and reviewed my complicated situation. She listened and offered comment but....... she listines before coming up with a plan we could both be happy with. I left feeling as if I had accomplished all of my health goals without wasting any time. Something not possible at any other practice I have used in the past! Great Job ... read more
Visited Family Medicine Associates and Dr. Benjamin Gonzalez today. what a fantastic practice! Shortest wait time at any doctor's office I have visited here in El Paso. Dr. Benjamin is very personable and friendly, and spent quite of hit of time getting to know me before planning a course of treatment. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Benjamin in particular.
Dr Gonzalez is professional and caring and he has a sense of humor. His assistants are personable. The office staff is efficient and friendly. It's easy to get an appointment and the wait time once there is minimal. I would highly recommend Dr Gonzalez and Family Medicine Associates.
I love these people so much. Wish we were closer. They are so wonderful and so highly qualified !!!!!!
