Happy, friendly, responsive, compassionate, caring, thorough, clean and everyone who works there is happy to work there, at least that's how the patients feel and see. Staff is professional and caring. I have recommended them many times to friends and family. All the providers treat you like family.
I cannot sing the praises enough for the Family Medicine Associates of El Paso enough!! My mom is in her 80’s and unfortunately this year she has had a couple of accidents at home. Dr. Gonzalez and his team treated my mom as though she were their own family. Super respectful and kind. He and the team took their time with her and patiently answered her questions and concerns.
