I have been a patient here for 9 years and in that time they have done absolutely nothing to help me. They are beyond incompetent and more often than not you ignore you are rude to and as of recently denied me medication I've been on for over a year because they they schedule my tests long after its left my system. They also neglected to tell me this was happening for the past 9 months. If you're currently a patient your best bet is to find another practice. If you're a new patient then keep looking. Doctor Waugh is great. Other than that I don't have much positive to say other than they're really great at passing you off to other people I.e. 'call your insurance' or referring me to an entirely incorrect specialists on multiple occasions. Spinal injury led to a foot doctor referral most recently. And I'm treated like I made the mistake.
