I don't want to go into too much detail about why I went into the clinic, but I went in at night because my ob/gyn office was closed. I had some concerns about my pregnancy that I wanted checked out. I was told by Family Medical Walk-In Clinic that they were a primary care provider. They took my money and then told me they would not accept me as a patient. The doctor even said" there isn't anything I can do for you." Yet they still have my $169.00. Unfortunately some doctors act like a corporation and are solely in it for the money. THERE ARE PLENTY OF PROVIDERS AROUND THIS CLINIC, DO YOURSELF A WONDERFUL FAVOR AND PICK ANY OTHER PROVIDER.

I have since spoken with the owners and they have corrected the issues this is the best urgent care around and only charges a flat rate no matter what test they do. This is the worst experience I have had at a clinic. A few months ago I took my daughter here as she fell sick on a Sunday and no other clinics were open upon my arrival I was treated as if I was a criminal by the rude staff and told I would have to pay up front for service before my daughter could even see a doctor, when I questioned them about this they told it... read more
I have visited this clinic twice in the last month for my son. Not only did we get in and out each time faster than we do at his normal doctors office, the staff even called each time to follow up and ask how my son was doing. During one of the visits, my son had to have a culture done. They called back on a Saturday night to tell us the results, within an hour of receiving them.
