Awful experience with the doctor, staff and billing. Prior to my visit I contacted the doctors office to verify it was a primary care office ($20.00 co-pay) I was told by the staff the visit would be billed as a primary care visit. What a joke, it was anything but a primary care visit. Months later I received an additional bill for $60.50 on top of the $20.00 which was already paid. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They are just useless. Nearly 3 hours waiting time. They confirmed said they took our insurance only to find out a month later that they don't, which meant we were nearly $500 out of pocket. The nurse we got to see didn't even know how to bandage a badly cut finger. Never did get to see a proper Dr. Just a total waste of time and money. I could have done a better job myself. Can't stress enough what an awful experience it was.
