This place does not follow through on their commitments. They said they would contact me, they never did. The store also did not follow through on filing an insurance claim for my CPAP machine. On a follow up visit to get a new mask, the technician was so inept that I finally walked out. There are other places in La Crosse to help with CPAP products. Stay away from this place until they make some changes in their technicians and their accounting staff.
The ladies who helped me get my daughters nebulizer were extremely kind and helpful here unlike a few other places we tried. I was so happy to have found them!! Thank you.
