This place is the worst ever. I have cancer. My social worker and dr sent referrals two weeks ago for my medical supplies. They dont answer phone, vm is full they hung up on me after waiting 30 minutes. They should be reported to DC Department of Heath Board of Professional Licensing. Just sick of them!!!

The whole staff at dc southeast office is awesome especially Joseph in customer service he and billing go the extra mile to work with your doctor and your insurance provider to get you the items that you need on an ongoing basis.
