Doctors are good but the scheduling sucks. Called in for a sports physical and when I arrived they were full and couldn't see my son until after lunch 1:30. Thus has happened to me more than once. Asked why they didn't tell me when I called ahead, said they couldn't tell because of the walk ins...so disorganized and the receptionist had a face like she was annoyed...really? So early in the morning? Why are you a receptionist then? Went to Dr. B's and got a number immediately and was seen shortly after.
They have taken care of my girls with a positive attitude
Came just for the blood work results and after checking with the rude receptionist that had an attitude with out even greating or acknowledging the patient waited over 4hrs just to get my results.
