They are the kindest, most compassionate and helpful people I have dealt with in years. With having a daughter who has many health issues, this is my go to place and people.
They have terrible hours for anyone with a job with mainstream hours. I had an issue with their products, and they were kind enough to work with me. This is why I gave them a 4 instead of a 1.

I recently had to switch suppliers for my CPAP supplies. My previous supplier was horrible from the start & when I told them I had to switch due to insurance changes, they wouldn't even send my records to Family Medical. I'm so grateful I have a great doctor and that Angie was so helpful. Angie made the transition very smooth. Happy to now be doing business with customer friendly business.
NEGATIVE TEN SELL SHIT AND DONT STAND BY THEIR REFUND POLICIES
Tim and the team were just plain amazing. prompt, attentive service with a great dose of "glad to see you" and "thanks for dropping by". Paired with one of the best hidden lunch spots in Peoria, is a winning combination. If you need durable medical goods, or any other braces, boots, walkers etc, make sure to stop @ the attached Midnight Espresso.
