Dr. DuPont was truly amazing. He snuck my son in for a last minute visit before the holiday. His care and concern for my toddler was truly amazing. We don’t typically see him as a doctor but the willingness and care was amazing! Thank you Dr.DuPont!
I’ve come here, literally since I was born. Dr. S (now retired) conducted my birth. everybody’s really nice and I get great care when I go, but they are so overbooked with patients. There is no way that they can see you when you actually have an emergency illness. I called saying I thought I might have strep throat and asked if I could get tested for strep or Covid . I have been a patient here for over 30 years and have had great relationships with almost every dr. and nurse here. Recently i was calling in regards to a medication i have been on for over a year leaving several voicemails over the span of a few weeks for my nurse Justin who never called back. Was transferred to Jane the office manager who was the rudest, most condescending person i have ever spoke to on the phone. No compassion and would not let me get one word in. I am a patient of Dr. Robertson for my last visit today. He is moving on to a more private practice. My husband and I have been his patients for almost 30 years. He is a wonderful, patient Dr. and we will miss him very much.I wish him good luck with his new practice.
