I like the staff, just wish they would answer their phones.
Totally impressed. Brandi Webb is very knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns and cares. I left very pleased. The office staff, friendly and efficient. Had my appts made with my specialty docs and entered into my internet profile before I got home. I'm happy they were recommended to me.
I love my kids doctor and i have never had any problems. The staff is amazing and my kids love the staff and their doctor!
I had an appointment today everything went well until I met sheri Nichols she came in with an attitude ended up telling me to leave. Am I a customer or not? All I needed was an order for a mri . Had appointment to do so . I have insurance . I called insurance they do cover it.took off half day of work. Now I have to take off another half day Monday to go to Midland to get it done. I love my doctor but the office ladies could really use some personality.
This is the most unworthy place I have ever seen. They shredded all my records that my Dr sent them and only after a week of receiving them. Then they lied to me several times about what happened to my records. Now I can't get in to see any Dr because I have no records. Big Spring needs real Dr's and staff. I will be filing a complaint with the United States Health and Human resources Department.. I would advise anyone to go anywhere else besides this clip joint.
Very sweet and attentive staff. I highly recommend them. Wait time is totally acceptable! !
