RecommendedYes and no, it took me three tries to find a family practitioner there that I preferred. The first one was a good doctor, but was CONISTENTLY running at least 1 hour behind. And then when you request to change doctors, you get harassed by the Nurse Manager or whatever her title is. 2nd doctor I was placed with, I really questioned her reasoning and abilities and have heard of others that say same. there customer service is of the lowest quality I have come across the doctors are good but customer service needs lot of work
I have never left this place saying why in the heck did I go there. I am thankful that we have them in town. Yes, it does stink when they can’t handle something medically and refer you to the ER. It’s that way at every prompt care/dr office
Total waste of time and especially money! Brought wife in, she didn't feel good. They sent us to the hospital instead of giving her tests there. So nothing ended up wrong. However instead of being 35.00 copay now it's 300.00 for hospital copay. No wonder medical cost are skyrocketing. Making sure everyone gets paid! Except the 9-5 slave.
