I love Katy to death but the rest of the people here are rude & have no personality! I hate having to come here! Office personnel don’t know what they are doing half the time!

I went here for about 19 years and then they don't want to take my insurance anymore, so glad Dr Loveday doesn't work here anymore either.
Great staff and doctors, fairly quick to be seen each time and professional.
I see we are not the only ones that go here complaining. We see Dr Griggs who is awesome but the staff are rude and can't get stuff right with anything they screw up on the appointments and when your scheduled for blood work and when you call they seem to not give a damn. There not understanding and they don't try to fix anything that was done wrong on there part. Like I said I love the Dr but the staff is terrible especially the office manager. Today will be the second time things have gone sideways with this facility! So far Megan and Selena are the only good things I can say about this medical center! I didn’t have the privilege of meeting Katie! ( I waited 40 minutes in the room for her) not her fault by any means because of the unprofessionalism of the front counter staff my paperwork probably never made it back to Katie! Very professional everybody was very professional they treat me with respect and dignity I was in and out of there cause I was a first-time visit there and everything went very smooth thank you for your consideration.
