My wife went in today in just short of an emergency as she had run out of her pain medication (suffers from multiple spine issues/had multiple surgeries) as she was unable to see her usual doctor. Rather than make inquiries in to her usual prescriptions/medications or usual doctor or even surgical history (which was provided and presented) she was made out to be a liar or drugseeker and sent away in horrible pain to suffer the weekend.
