This was my first time with therapy and it was very positive. Olayinka Is wonderful and she helped me navigate life altering issues.

We had a very positive experience during our counselling sessions. The counsellor was attentive, empathetic, and provided a safe space for open conversation. We felt heard and supported throughout, and came away with helpful insights and strategies to work on. Overall, it was a constructive and reassuring session.
