I couldn’t say enough good things about Family Makers. They treat you like people, not a number, and met us in the hardest time of our life. Ashley helped advocate for both us and our GC, navigating us through each step. They grieved with us in our losses, handling things in the background without ask, open and direct communication. Shopping around for agencies this week & came across good reviews for one that was closer & wanted to explore options. First experience terrible. Horrible communication. Had a call scheduled , received an email less than 30 minutes before from Janae stating they moved on. No explanation as to disqualification. Already having being qualified by multiple agencies I was curious as to why they didn’t see me as qualified. Called to speak to someone, no answer, no call back !!
