I bought my spa last fall. Nothing was explained to me about upkeep. I’ve gone back twice to get my water stabilized and learned new things about my spa and what I should have been doing. Each time, they sold me more products. I’ve spent about $500 on products to upkeep my spa. The latest irritation is spending $25 on a “scent” that could be added to the water to smell good. It left a nasty yellow ring around the whole spa that now has to be scrubbed off. Went back to complain and get a refund and they won’t refund my money.... read more
When I was opening my pool this spring, I got pretty much everything hooked up and realized I was missing one piece. If you’ve ever opened, the pool is super frustrating! Especially when you can’t run anything without that one piece. I usually used to have to drive all the way to Nashville, which was almost an hour drive for me to the Nashville location. Highly recommend! We wanted a big umbrella to enjoy by our pool. We walked in and Derrick altho busy helping other customers, immediately greeted us and got to us quickly. He got our order done very efficiently and set up a delivery date. Just 3 days later we were enjoying our umbrella. The delivery was great! They Showed up on time.
