I walked in, checked the price, and looked at the quality. It just didn’t add up for me as a customer. The staff felt pushy, which makes sense now - pushing inflated prices calls for more aggressive folks. Anyhow, I bought my hot tub somewhere else and would never back for patio furniture - some cool items, but I just can’t wrap my head around this place.
Needed spa chemicals but also some questions answered. Spence Burke was really helpful - explained some things I didn’t know I was doing wrong but also solved some ongoing issues with my spa I thought I’d he’ll just have to live with. Thank you!!
Every time I visit Family Leisure, Spencer is always there to help and he never disappoints! He has all the answers, goes above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need, and does it all with a friendly attitude and a great smile. His helpfulness and positive energy truly make each visit a pleasure. Highly recommend asking for Spencer!
