Michele Church and Derrick Booker were incredibly helpful when I purchased my family’s outdoor patio furniture. They were both very skilled and detailed oriented to the needs of my family and our desires for an aesthetically pleasing and enjoyable environment.

Misleading warranty claims. Family Leisure told me my hot tub warranty would be extended to a total of 5 years, including the manufacturer’s warranty. That has not been my experience. I’ve already had two leaks caused by factory-overtightened light fixtures, yet I was charged $160 per visit plus parts—$320 within the first 3 years. Very disappointing. I will not do business with Family Leisure again. Get everything in writing.
Went into Family Leisure and had a very good buying experience in the showroom. Product delivery went well. I wasn't home during delivery but wife was. I wish I had been home to get more well versed on what product needs to function properly. That is my fault, not theirs. Product has run fairly decent and when I recently ran into an issue the service company that delivered was very helpful in assisting me with the issue. Hoping to work through it now.
