This five star review is for Spencer in the Franklin store. I had several issues with my install and Spencer made me feel at ease and took care of all my problems. He is friendly, timely and a problem solver. Great job Spencer. You put my mind at ease each time I contacted you!$
This experience with family leisure has been a complete disaster from install to date, which has been 2 months. The man that leveled our ground was decent, but I feel he could have added more details. The Spanish people that installed the pump and filter didn't even level the ground and my filter was at a 45 degree angle after day 1. I had to pack pack dirt in and level it the best I could to get the filter back up right. Its been 1 thing after another with this install.

Bill was great! Got a great deal on a hot tub and sauna during Labor Day sale.
Spencer at Family Leisure is the best!!!! He went over and above to help us resolve an issue we were having with our pool, even volunteering to come in on his day off to make sure we got what we needed! Who does that! Thank you, Spencer! We will most certainly continue to do business with Family Leisure because of the great customer service we have received. I highly recommend them!
