I wanted to share how great my experience was today at Family Leisure of Franklin. I’ve been dealing with some issues with the cover on our Jacuzzi that was installed back in April, and I went into the showroom to see what could be done. Dustin greeted me right away and truly went above and beyond. Today I spoke with Todd at Family Leisure, Franklin. I was seeking a small repair piece for a 23 year old Homecrest patio Glider. Within a few minutes time I had given him the information, he contacted Homecrest directly, they replied back to him with the correct part number I would need and the part will soon be delivered to my door.
