I am extremely disappointed with Family Insight, PC. Despite clearly communicating the urgency of my situation and disclosing that I have a high-risk pregnancy, their staff failed to provide timely support. After over a week of no response from a supervisor, I had to secure care elsewhere. Even after formally disconnecting from their services and demanding no further contact, staff continued to call me, which I consider harassment.
