The Dr lacked even a rudimentary understanding of medicine. Diagnosed with influenza B and he failed to prescribe Tamiflu bc he claimed that "it is only effective for flu a". Fortunately I got a second opinion from a real dr. and he confirmed what I found on the the CDC's website that Tamiflu is certainly effective for flu B and that it absolutely should have been initially prescribed.
