They did not treat me with any respect. This company was reluctant to keep in contact with me and costed me $6,500 in owed rent and damages upon leaving the property. Family Housing have charged me for evictions and lawyer fees after the tenent was evicted, and left me hanging with: ALL FILERS WERE IN THE HOUSE STOLEN, THE FRONT-DOOR HANDLES WERE BUSTED OFF No Keys were RETURNED ABANDONED CAR ON THE PROPERTY BROKEN BATHROOM GLASS REPLACED ALL WATER FIXTURES AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL including (shower handle and spikes, sick fauce... read more

I called family housing reality and talked to Iana for a good 3-4 months before we met in person. My rental house I had rented for 9 years was going into foreclosure & I had no clue what to do so that's when I found FHR I found them in the phone book & called. Best phone call I've ever made !!!!
