Was treated like a drug addict by the doctor. which is concerning if you are trying to detox cause they won’t treat you well. Nurses were great and attentive, the Dr was dismissive and abrasive. The way you are treated leaves a lasting impression and I will remember poor things about this treatment.
I went here for detox and had some mental health issues a year ago. I got into an argument and had a break down and I was discharged before my treatment was over. I called and apologized because that's not the person I am . I been to Rock Springs for help however I have some medical issues and the turn me down. THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE even though it shows up as “sponsored” when you search for an urgent care (though it’s doesn’t show up as sponsored when you search for hospitals, which is shady). Also the amount of times they were near my open wound without gloves was insane. Worst experience ever. And it sucks cause my husband is still in the hospital. Waiting over 2 hours for a IV bag change. I need HR number. Supposed to come to the hospital to get better but get worst waiting on the nurses. When the nurses are right infront of my husband's room. Worst nurses ever. Who goes to the hospital to get worst.?
