I never got a phone number to contact anyone. The numbers they have listed were either realtor numbers or other construction builders not affiliated with family homes.
I reported this company to the TN Better Business Bureau for false advertising as they have an (F) rating and have been removed from the Better Business Bureau membership. We reported Family Homes to the Sevier County Sheriff's Office for theft by deception but they stated it is a civil matter and require we hire a lawyer to persue restitution. This place was not open and looked abandoned. Called the number for them and got a recording. I believe they are out of business!
Preparation meetings were great. Great people on the surface but it’s all about the dineros I guess...afterwards nothing was done on schedule. Lost four months worth of money/interest from keeping the construction loan running...had to get my bank loan officers involved. They wouldn’t even get back with the contractors from Lowe’s when my garage opener was being installed (btw the garage wasn’t properly installed). Too many excuses.
