Great experience. They took several hours to root cause the issue during the estimate. They gave a fair price for the fix, so we ordered the parts and had them installed. Very easy to work with, explained the installation, asked questions when there was a deviation from their initial plan etc. Would definitely recommend!
They were extremely responsive. I knew exactly what they were doing. You won’t beat their prices.
I was referred to Family Heating and Cooling when I called regarding having my air ducts looked at to determine if there was a blockage. Our upstairs was so hot in the summer and freezing in the winter! Figured we’d spend $14k to have a new unit added or a splitter installed. The technician came out and by the following weekend, all our issues were solved! Wish we would’ve done this sooner! They rerouted our ducts and added 2 duct fan boosters for less than $1,200!!
