I called at 2:45 to request the purging of my boiler I was advised that the technician would be out no later than 4pm. I asked for the price prior to the service and she quoted me $120. I got home around 3:39 to ensure I would be there in time and waited until 5pm before calling back in and couldn't get through I called back again around 5:15 and was advised someone would be to me within a hour and a half. This is the local family company you want for HVAC maintenance and repairs. Anthony was great and explained everything about my system tune up. After putting a new gas valve in, he checked all the parts to make sure they were operating appropriately. I highly recommend contacting this company as they are very professional and honest. Very reasonable cost wise.

I had a great experience with Family Heating and Cooling for an oil boiler tune-up. Their technician, Akim, was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain exactly what the issue was. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no pressure or surprises. I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely be using Family Heating and Cooling again for all of my future heating and cooling needs. Highly recommend

Akim was awesome. Very friendly and professional. He was late, but when it's this cold outside, let's be honest, that happens. The office called to let us know that he would be a little late. Would definitely recommend. If we have any more issues hopefully Akim will be sent to our house.
