Called a few weeks ago on a 97 degree day because my unit wasn’t working. Was able to get a same day appointment. Nina was very nice and kept me updated about my appointment. Cory arrived hours after the first time window they provided and was very apologetic, even after I told him it wasn’t a problem, just happy he was there. He diagnosed the problem pretty quickly and was extremely informative and talked me through everything he was doing.
