Today, I needed a Quality HVAC Contractor that is Locally Owned and is NOT a Corporate Owned company. I prefer small Mom and Pop owned companies because EVERY time I have used a corporate owned company I NEVER get the Personalized Attention to Detail that I ask for.. Ken and the team were outstanding once again! They put in a new mini-split system in one day and it works wonderfully...just like the first mini-split they did for us on another portion of our ranch-style home several years ago. With these two mini-splits we'll be set for the hot summer ahead of us. I just trust Ken and Family Heating and Cooling a lot.
