Inferior ductwork was installed in the crawlspace under our house instead of metal ductwork. Rats have destroyed it. I called them several times. I missed their one return call. I requested another call but they haven't called me. no one answers their phone, only a recording

Was told during a recent furnace tune up that our duct work was shot. I had been told it's old and knew it wasn't asbestos thankfully. So I had 4 different contractors come out and quote me and was quoted from $2k to $5k. Then, Family Heating & Air came to the house today - the 5th and final quote. John went up in the attic, looked around, looked at the furnace, checked the air flow to the vents, and said we didn't need new duct work unless we wanted to replace it, but it wasn't necessary...ours was fine. Family Heating and Air company went above and beyond to help my family! Not only did they maintain the highest levels of Excellence, professionalism, and perfect manners but they completely rearranged their schedule to Fix our AC before the weekend as we had two small children who were getting heat exhaustion!
