I was embarrassed to think I needed hearing aids, but Dr. Khatri's pleasant, gentle personality and extreme professionalism reassured me. Dr. Khatri guided me and helped me find hearing aids that are so discreet that even when I tell people that I am wearing them, they are surprised! I highly recommend Dr. Khatri's and the Family Hearing Services!
I had an excellent experience! I was treated very curtiously, everything was explained perfectly, and my 3 year old son was well taken care of while my test was being done.
Our 5 year-old failed his hearing screening during his annual check-up, so we followed up with Dr. Khatri for a re-test. Dr. Khatri is professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. She made our little one feel completely at ease, and explained the tests and results carefully and completely. Our little one passed with flying colors, and we have peace of mind.
