It has been a wonderful experience to get my new Bluetooth Phonak hearing aids with dr emden. She is great and very understanding of my needs. I won’t ever have perfect hearing again but I can work as a training instructor and enjoy social conversations.
Everyone was so nice, and professional, I had a pleasant experience. I called to get an appointment and had one within the week, the paperwork was extensive, but with good reason, and everyone was quick to answer any questions. I'm only 30 but it touched my heart to see how they handled their more elderly patients as well.
When I went to Family Hearing Services in July (2018) I was seen by Dr. Hilary Emden, one of the Audiologists there. Dr. Emden truly listened to me. After I answered a few of her questions I feel she gained a through understanding of my hearing history and specific hearing needs. I needed to update my hearing aids, which were about ten years old at the time, but she also helped me find what was best for my specific hearing needs due to my work and lifestyle. I've had many hearing tests throughout my military career but the extensive testing done at family hearing services was the best ever in my 30yr career. I was very surprised at what was found and those findings explained a lot of things. Highly recommend them.
