I take my 90 year old dad here for his hearing aids that are replaced quarterly. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. My dad was reving the hearing aids and that issue was handled efficiently and effectively. Office staff is a cut above the other small offices my dad (and mom and I visit) where people are nice but can only try to help you. Office turnover is low, parking in the Piikoi building is easy and we enjoy coming for visits!
The Dr was pleasant And efficient. It's a great place to keep saying "what?" In. Ha ha Seriously, they did a great job, were welcoming and friendly. If you need help with hearing this is a good place.
The doctor is very helpful and understand what im going through also the company that helped me pay for my hearing aid. May God continues to bless the doctor and the DVR Ms. Fernan, for her help. People like me are so blessed for their help. God bless you always.
Can't say enough about everyone here. From the time you walk in till the time you leave. And Wes Nakamura is the absolute best at what he does!
