Sara was excellent and professional in every way.
I was so afraid to get this service. My prior experience with a deep cleaning treatment was not so pleasant. However, when I received this treatment today was quite the opposite, it was very pleasant. My technician was vey pleasant, polite, kind, and caring. She made sure I was very comfortable. She checked on me often while I relaxed getting the treatment in a massaging chair. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Dr Patel and his staff are exceptional!! EVERYONE in the office has been extremely kind, patient, and professional each and every time I have been in contact with this office. My family has the same reports from their own interactions with them. Going to the dentist can be a bit unnerving anyway but, Jackson Smiles Dentist office makes it easier! I'm what you'd call a VERY high anxiety patient due to a lifetime of dental trauma. My teeth have suffered due to my reluctance in seeing a dentist. One of my front teeth broke in half and I had to find a dentist asap. I am so happy I found Jackson Smiles! Dr. Patel was able to take me in the same day on an emergency basis.
