Who likes to go to the dentist? It helps when you have a professional staff. They were courteous, well knowledgeable, explained things so I understood them, and got me an appointment right away. I felt like they cared about me.

As always, the experience went beyond my expectations. The entire staff displayed all the qualities of professionalism, courtesy, and respect for the individual. I was highly impressed by a staff member who lovingly came to the aid of a customer who was weeping profusely. To preserve the customer's dignity, she escorted the customer from the lobby to a private room. This personal interest is a rarity seen in the business world nowadays. For years, I have hated going to the dentist and have regularly switched dentists because finding a good dentist and hygienist is so hard. Dr. Patel at Jackson Smiles has been my dentist now for almost 8 years, and I have never been happier. They worked me in early as an emergency with what I thought was a serious problem. Everyone in the office was helpful and kind. I was seen more quickly than expected. Dr. Patel was great, but my dental problem was more serious than I thought. Right away they came up with a treatment plan and a budget that helped me feel a lot better about everything. I found my new family dentistry office.
I've been embarrassed with my smile for a few years,now I can smile without worrying about hiding my teeth.The staff are nice people and I plan on going back to get more work done.
When moving to a new location, establishing medical and dental care can be an arduous task. We chose Jackson Smiles, based on reviews online and on first impressions walking into the facility. We are happy with Dr. Patel and his awesome staff from the front desk to Dental Hygienist. Looking forward to excellent care from this awesome team.
My family just moved to Jackson we needed to establish care with a dentist, I am always nervous when going to a new place, and was highly surprised at the professionalism of the front staff and Sarah my hygienists took her time when cleaning my teeth and was very thorough!
