This clinic has always been super efficient in helping me out with my health concerns! Vero at the front desks always works with me and my super complicated schedule to make sure I get a chance to get seen. Celina is my favorite nurse, she makes sure to hear all of my concerns and doesn't make me feel like im just complaining. She always validates my problems and makes sure that my Healthcare provider answers them all. Dr. Lauren Brown & Elizabeth were the most amazing women I’ve ever met in the medical community. I had an appointment for myself for something I’ve been dealing with for a long time & seen many doctors for. My 3 year old son came along with me & Elizabeth was so kind and printed him some coloring pages, talked to him, & was very attentive to my concerns. By far the worst healthcare offices I’ve ever visited. I’ve been to multiple Family Healthcare Network locations several times, and each visit has been marked by failure and incompetence. Lab results are “lost” (but really, they lack basic skills to add your information to it), orders are incomplete and sit in limbo because they don’t care to fix it, ultrasound machines break after waiting 40 minutes in their office, medical staff laugh at you and make fun of you, and you have to constantly follow up to get anything resolved... read more
