I had to get a regular checkup. Waiting time was absolutely ridiculous. I had to wait 1+ hours just for the doctor to examine me for 1-2 minutes. Then had to wait another 30 minutes for the doctor. Ridiculous, do better.
Monique is the best, so patient and down to earth, she really cares about her patient well being and overall health. Best therapy connection ive had
Front staff was nice, I did not like the fact that we are expected to be at the appointment 15 minutes earlier yet I had to wait for more than 70 minutes just to see the provider for 4 minutes total. It honestly could’ve just been a phone call if I’m waiting so long just for a very short appointment. It is incredibly frustrating just to go to the appointment to wait for so long, if my appointment is at 12:15 why am I leaving at 1:30 from the site?. All five star I rate 😊 Office is very clean. Staff members are nice and very helpful. Doctors are amazing. Definitely would recommend this office.
