I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this clinic. I arrived for what was supposed to be a follow up appointment, only to be told that my primary care provider’s last day with the company was today and that she had already left for the day. There did not appear to be an appropriate transition of care plan in place for her scheduled patients.
