Avoid if you can. Dr. Cesar Hurtado has no professionalism whatsoever. I had an appointment today at 1:30 PM, but I wasn’t seen until 3:00 PM. Before receiving any services, I was asked to sign an Advance Beneficiary Notice of Non-Coverage (ABN) form, which even had typos. This form is meant for Medicare patients, but I have private insurance. Dr. Hurtado is great. you get in and out and they always work with my needs. I look for the best with my health care needs, so i’m glad to find a good doctor in this new area
