Whole team and her clinic were superb. Dr Wallace herself was very non-judgmental and her bedside manner is superb. I am a RN and have come across a lot of Dr that didnt have that great bedside manner, so one does not feel confident opening up to them, so I give her top marks! She really listened and nothing was forced upon me. My wife has used her (and her team) for years and raves about her and I can see why.
My husband and I are very happy with Dr Wallace, our physician after Dr Schultz retired. She makes you feel very comfortable and takes her time caring for you. We really appreciate how accessible she is when you need her care. Highly recommend.
Too bouncy, not serious enough. Uses phrase "you have to ..." No, the patient will decide whether to accept physician's advice. Her coiffure is unsanitary for the medical setting. She is pleasant enough. But I don't trust her knowledge to be comprehensive enough. She's OK for an urgent visit, but not regular care. Also do not think she has good judgment in terms of hiring new staff--as she has taken over practice after Dr. Howard Schultz retired. Perhaps she will improve and mature with more experience.
Dr. Wallace is knowledgeable and efficient, but mostly known for her willingness to do whatever is needed for her patients and her nice, caring personality. She always makes our family members feel at ease and cared for.
Excellent. Dr. Wallace listen to her patients and offers supportive medical advice. She offers office visits, tele-visits, give timely emails responses. She is the "BEST" doctor I have ever had. She definitely a 5 star doctor.
Dr, Wallace is absolutely outstanding! She is cheerful, cordial, knows her stuff, listens to her patients intensely, and works with them on ways to best achieve and maintain their best health possible. Best doc I have ever had!
There are not enough stars, for how much I appreciate Dr. Wallace! She is THOROUGH, listens, follows up and really gets it. that is SO rare! She has also referred me to a care team of doctors for my health plan, that are as qualified and successful. For the first time in 49 years, I feel like I have a plan that is working, great docs listening and hope. (I lost my parents to issues when they were young, and it has been a fear.) I saw Dr. Wallace regularly when she practiced in Silver Spring / Briggs Chaney. I was thrilled to reunite with her when I tracked her down @ her current location in Gambrills. While every exchange w. her front desk staff hasn’t always been perfect, I can attest that she takes patients’ feedback about any areas of opportunity w. the administrative team seriously and addresses them with a sense of compassion and urgency. Dr. Wallace is an excellent doctor. She is incredibly understanding and listens to what her patients have to say. I have a real phobia of doctors but she always puts me at ease. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.
