Last week I saw NP Joy for my sore throat and nasal congestion. She examined my throat and ears and nose. She asked questions and gave her advice about my illness. She is funny and easy to talk to her. NP Joy is a great addition to this office. I am a total fan of Dr Wallace and her office. My husband saw Dr Wallace today for his current medicine follow up. We both appreciate her care.
Dr. Wallace was not accepting new patients when I went to the office so I met with one of the Nurse Practitioners. The visit was quick, lab work was done. Once results came in I was told to get a Cardiac CT Scan and that a referral would be sent to the imaging center. The following day I called the imaging center and they stated that they did not have any referral on file for me. I called the office multiple times and no one answered. Dr. Wallace takes the time to listen to you about your concerns and works with you to give you the best diagnosis. She almost becomes your family member and definitely a friend
I have been seeing Dr Wallace about 12 years. She is very personable, very caring and she listens to you. She loves when you take an active role in your career too

We, my husband and I, have been a patient of Dr Wallace for few years now. I saw her today to discuss several concerns including my weight, blood pressure and neck spine. She listens, examines, and recommends treatment. She is readily available if I am troubled. I am so glad she is our care giver. Her whole staff is also very helpful. I highly recommend her.
I have gone recently to a new PCP since Dr Wallace is closing her practice. I have with simple basic recommended testing from my new practitioner discovered I have some serious issues that have occurred. These issues would have been easily found if Dr Wallace had 1) Truly acted effectively on my verbalized concerns 2) Completed basic tests that are the standard for some of my diagnoses.
Dr. Wallace is the best doctor I have ever had. She is caring, compassionate, thorough and patient. She always answers any question I have and never makes me feel rushed or uncomfortable. I trust her advice and feel that she genuinely cares about her patient's welfare.
I give Dr. Wallace 6 stars out of 5. Hands down, she’s the best Doctor I ever had.
