Worst place to send meds. They are closed more than they are opened. They rarely answer the phone. And ironically my medication cost more WITH insurance, then without. Here it is Sunday morning and im getting a text about my filled prescription. Why ? They aren't even opened on weekends either!
I wanted to share my experience with a VERY difficult and ongoing prior authorization request. Catherine has gone above and beyond in order to get all the documentation my insurance is requesting. I have had to contact her ALOT and yet she is never annoyed or frustrated (I would be..lol)! She listens to me and just really makes me feel like there is someone that cares enough to go the extra mile to get what I need. I am so grateful!
