This review is for Family Healthy Eyecare ONLY, and really for Dr Swenson only: I would not recommend Dr Swenson to anyone, it was probably the worst care I have ever received. After not being able to adjust to my new glasses, I went back to see her. She told me that not a single one of her patients have had this problem (I find that hard to believe), and that I should be lucky my vision is good enough to drive because nothing can be done. Staff is courteous and try their best to help me. Mickey Ferguson is straight to the point and I like that. She got me in and out quick. Also my kids see Steve Shellhaas. He is kid friendly, making them laugh as he checks them out. I highly recommend Family Health, even for dental, eye, and pharmacy services.
It can take more then a month to get an appointment. If your sick and need to see your Dr, forget it! Go to the urgent care in greenville and save your self some time head ache. Their after care is a joke too. They can't give you scripts or recommend anything without that Dr of yours, you know the one that couldn't see you for a month. So what's the point! Dont Bother. Again, just go to the Urgent care, by TSC. If you had to be Hospitalized for something and ER tells you to follow up with your Dr.,again don't Bother they won... read more
Great doctors and staff. They're patient and understanding to you and your needs. They do what they can do to get to the bottom of your problem.
