Family health services was my provider but it has been ridiculously hard to get into. This is not the first time that i have to wait 3 weeks to be seen. I called first thing at 8 am and for a severe migraine and I was given an appt for 2 weeks out. I left a message for the nurse to call back and triage me and I receive a call 3 hours later from receptionist just to schedule the next available appt which is 2 weeks out. was belittled by staff, no training of staff how to talk to patients who have PDST or any other Mental issues. services were performed even though, patient stated that before any procedure antibiotics has to be administered 2 hrs before. Staff just did not hear the patient. "Me attitude" all about them. sad.
Had a very negative experience with Dave Miller, and do no recommend patronizing any institution which he is party to.
All around great company! I Highly recommend their medical services!
