I went to the Estero Office with my 2 kids (a toddler included) for a dentist appointment for both of them, and the staff was not friendly or empathetic. I had to go to print documents next door and I was by myself. Also, I didn’t bring my last paystub but the previous ones and there was not helpful options or solutions. It seems like the girl at the reception was in a rush. It’s not a good place for kids
the front desks girls are rude an very condescending? not sure how they’re still working there.
