I went to the clinic because I had a concern about my son and wanted to receive the appropriate care and guidance. Unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory. I did not feel that we received the level of care, attention, or treatment that we expected as patients. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience.

The staff who attended to me showed a bad attitude and poor service. The consultation was left incomplete, yet I was charged without receiving proper attention regarding the concern that brought me there with my children.

I take my child to see Dr. Sandra Hegarty at the Port Charlotte office. She is excellent, very calm and spends time with you. She genuinely cares and listens to my concerns. The office staff is honestly the most efficient I have seen in a pediatric office. They are great at call backs and get back to you very quickly with questions. The medical assistants are friendly and down to earth. I am so relieved I found a office to fit my childs needs, we have alot of medical issues and it is very stressful it helps to have a support... read more
